$50k - $60k base salary
+ 10-15% Bonus

What You'll Do
- Handle maintenance issues: AC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, pool and spa. Troubleshoot first, dispatch second.
- Build and manage our vendor network across all four markets. Hold every vendor to high standards.
- Conduct onboarding inspections at newly signed properties.
- Launch and run preventative maintenance programs with the Director of Ops.
- Manage work orders and vendor communications inside Guesty with clean documentation.
- Be available evenings and weekends when a guest situation needs you.
Who You Are
- 4+ years in property management, hospitality ops, construction, or related.
- Live near one of our markets. Reliable car, active auto insurance.
- Obsessively organized. You set timelines, you hit them. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool/spa systems is a major plus.
- Bonus: vacation rental experience, military veteran, bilingual Spanish/English.
