Before every stay, our cleaning team thoroughly cleans and stages every single unit. We still follow Covid protocols, ensuring the most comprehensive cleaning and sanitization for our guests' safety and comfort.

Every stay comes with towels, linens, toiletries, soaps, and complimentary waters and snacks. Most units are stocked for a stay of 3-5 nights. Additional supplies are available conditionally and upon request.

Our guest experience team is available 24/7. You never get a robot or call center. And every issue is immediately shared and viewed by all team members, including cleaning and maintenance.

All reservations are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to arrival, excluding the processing fee (3%). After that, they are non-refundable.

No! We have a damage waiver instead. The fee is listed at check out. This covers up to $500 in accidental contents damage.
